There are plenty of yoga instruction classes available online, and one of the great things about the exercise is that you can carry it out in the comfort of your own home. However, it is well worth signing up for a yoga class initially, as this will give you access to a qualified instructor and the support of other people. Try and work out some goals before you sign up to the class. Having an idea of what you want to achieve will help you stay committed at class.
